TOTAL TRAINING MANAGEMENT (TTM) is an integrated training approach provided through our partner company, Northrop Rice USA. It can involve every training function including FAA interface support, online training delivery, classroom instruction, training record keeping, structured OJT programs, training program development, implementation and monitoring. TTM services are customized to meet the needs of each operator. The focus is a balanced and effective training program that maximizes your training investment, and improves training efficiency.
Our specialty at AlphaBravo is the development of NEEDS ASSESSMENTS and STRUCTURED OJT training processes.
Many of our clients use on-the-job training (OJT) as a significant part of their training program. Structured OJT (SOJT) is developed from the Needs Assessments which identify the skills and knowledge an individual must know to be qualified in their job position. Training materials can then be developed to document the training guidelines that all trainers will use. This may include lesson plans, trainer guidance, training process steps and qualifications/skills trainee must perform.
Train-the-OJT Trainer helps to qualify the instruction provided under OJT and our course includes adult learning theory and styles, components of a structured OJT program, and the training steps to be used in on-the-job instruction.
Our training services include:
· Training Program Development - The process of developing the policies and procedures that clearly define the most efficient training program. The development of a documented Training Manual is a result of this process.
· Needs Assessment - The needs assessments identifies the specific skills and knowledge employees must possess in order to perform their job. The needs assessment for each department/position is used to build an effective training program that specifically trains employees in the subject matter they need. Needs assessments are necessary to develop curriculum and training guidelines for classroom, OJT and distance learning methodologies.
· Structured OJT Training (SOJT) - Structured on-the-job training processes and materials can be developed to validate and provide consistency to this valuable and efficient training process.
· Courseware Development - Development of the course content, lesson plans and study guides for classroom, online and SOJT training.
· Trainer Assessment - Individual assessments of employees, identifying skills and qualifications needed to be a successful trainer.
· Train the Trainer (Classroom) - Basic training for newly qualified classroom instructors.
· Train the Trainer (OJT) - Basic training for newly qualified OJT instructors.
· Training Program Audits - An evaluation of your training processes, documentation system and compliance with regulatory requirements.
· Repair Station Certification Manuals - Repair Station, Quality Control and Training Program manuals to meet initial Part 145 certification.
